Flying Site Altitudes

Our launch site is located between East Midlands Airport airspace and Birmingham International Airport airspace.

We are in uncontrolled airspace capped at 4,500 feet.

MRC issue NOTAM’s through the CAA to inform other air traffic users when we are launching (Please see flying dates page)

MRC, after consultation with NATS have been granted an extension to our existing flying site(s) altitude of 4,500 feet.  We have a flight on application (with radar cover) to flight slots of up to 8,000 feet.

Please note: All Rocket flight’s over 3,000 feet must be flown on a Dual Deployment configuration
